This Association, existing since 1986, has been officially constituted in Como on 24th April 2001 and groups qualified tourist guides and tourist leaders endowed with a regular certificate for that profession, achieved through an exam issued, according to law, by Region Lombardy and the Province of Como.

The association's aims are:

- advertising and making the most of our region in Italy and abroad;

-optimising the relationship with our guest who will find training, expertise, courtesy and enthousiasm in the members of the Association;

-protecting the profession of tourist guides and tourist leaders and opposing unauthorized guides.

In this site you will be shown the areas that constitute the province of Como, considered from a touristic point of view, with a list of monuments and sites worth seeing. In doing so, we hope to arouse your curiosity and have you visit our region, accompanied, of course, by the skilled and authorized tourist guides who are members of our Association!

NWe likewise suggest some classical itineraries and some proposals for didactic visits for schools of any grade. And there's more: our region offers several opportunities and we are ready to plan, with you, other excursions to satisfy your specific needs.

- services for congresses and meetings

- transfer to and from airports

- visit with treasure hunt for special groups

- didactic help for school groups
